Junk Removal - We love junk!   We pick up your unwanted junk and dispose of it both legally and ethically.  We do both residential and commercial junk removal.  We work with contractors as well as real estate agents.

Flood & Fire Clean Up. - We do light demolition work.  Tearing down and disposing of small buildings like sheds, hot tub removal etc.  

Hoarding Issues  - We do and have done extreme hoarding problems and severe property clean up.  We also have the resources and manpower to handle very large demanding situations.

Dumpster Rentals - You can choose 15 yard dumpsters or 20 yard dumpsters to rent and we will deliver dumpsters, pick up the dumpsters and transport the garbage placed inside the dumpsters at the local landfill.

Delivery of Items - Pick up and transport items from stores to homes and businesses.

Yard Clean Up - Brush, Tree Debris & Yard Waste Removal

Homeless Camp Clean Ups -  We will work with any County, City or State Government to effect responsible & safe disposal of garbage and debris left behind at homeless camps.

Easy! Just call us for a free estimate and we will schedule a time for pick up.  We require $50 non refundable deposit once we confirm an appointment that works for you and the balance is due upon pickup.  We accept cash, credit card or debit card.  

Please read this page so you are familiar with what we will and will not take.  We will be happy to give you a free estimate.  Please take photos of your items you want gone and send them to us via text or email.

Please be kind to give us the location of where those items will be in relation to where we have to load them.   Are the items in the driveway, by the curb or in the garage?  Are there any stairs? Is there an elevator?  How close can we park are truck and trailer?  Are the items dry or has it been raining and they are wet?  All are factors in giving you a free estimate.

Please remember the estimate is subject to change upon arrival if the information given was not accurate or has changed.

We can haul just about anything you have but there are limitations.  Below is just some of the items we have hauled in the past.

It’s not because we don’t want to take them it is because these most of these items are regulated by the government for special disposal and the transfer stations will not take them.

Junk Monkey will give you free estimates.  Our pricing starts at $100 for junk removal.  Some of the factors that influence the cost of junk removal include:  What county or city you live in.  How much stuff you have.  The weight of the items.   Dry or wet?  Ease of loading.  (One bag of trash is easy compared to picking up trash scattered all over your property).  Time required to load the junk, trash or garbage.  Distance to the proper transfer station.  Special items have their own fees in addition to base fees like weight (Tires, Electronics, Appliances).   The more information you can give us will better help us give you an accurate quote for the job.  Accurate pictures are a great help if you have them to send to us.  

Please note that even just a one item pick up, like a stove, might just take 15 minutes at your home, actually requires approximately 2 to 3 hours of our time to finish the job.  From travel to your home, pick up, travel to transfer station, wait in line to weigh in, wait time for dump access at transfer station, disposal and sorting at transfer station, re weigh at transfer station, pay for disposed of items, clean truck and travel back to our base.  Fuel, time, employee pay, insurance, truck maintenance, DOT compliance and other basic costs like phone & website are all reflected in the fair price we charge to provide you with professional service.

Junk Monkey prides itself on professional, quality service.  Junk Monkey will NEVER dispose of trash illegally.  Please refrain from hiring cheap haulers.  Too many unlicensed,  cheap haulers find property, parks, public or private land to dump your stuff as to avoid paying dump and disposal fees.  They not only dump illegally but also dispose of hazardous chemicals and debris further damaging the environment..  

Ask yourself,  Do you really want someone in your home or business who is willing to break the law?   What else might they do?  Hire the pros at Junk Monkey and you won’t have to worry about who is on your property or wonder where they might be dumping your garbage with your identifying information that will be found if it is dumped illegally.  Remember, you would  be legally liable if your garbage is found dumped or disposed of outside of a transfer station.  This could include civil fines, criminal charges and clean up fees.

We don’t mind the hard work but if you want the best price just make it easy for us to pick up your items!  Items that are already bagged or boxed and by the curb are fast to load compared to picking up individual pieces.  

If we can pull our truck, trailer or dumpster up next to your pile of trash, that cuts down the loading time and will save you money.

We will be happy to go into your house, up the stairs, down to the basement or around your property to get the junk but know it will reflect in the price because it will just take us more time.  We have been on jobs as little as five minutes with one guy to jobs lasting two weeks with 6 workers onsite!  We can handle small to large jobs.

It’s easy!  Call us and reserve your dumpster.  Let us know if you need a 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, 5 day, 6 day or 7 day rental.   Our dumpster rentals are popular!  Please book in advance so we have a dumpster available to you. Weekends are busy!  We require a $100 non refundable deposit for the reserved date and the balance due upon delivery of dumpster.  

All Junk Monkey dumpsters rentals come with 1 ton of general waste included in the price.  If over 1 ton we will bill your credit or debit card for the additional weight.  Electronics, appliances, tires, mattresses and box springs will be charged additional fees depending on county/city transfer station.  

The person who is renting & paying the bill for dumpster rental MUST BE PRESENT when the dumpster is delivered to SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Simple rule….please treat our equipment as if it was yours.  The person renting and paying for the dumpster is responsible for any damage to the dumpster.  Do not move or attempt to move our dumpster.  Only Junk Monkey employees are allowed to move our dumpster on your property.   Call us if you need it moved.  If the dumpster is moved by anyone but us, you will be charged a $500 and in addition, will have to pay for any damages that occur.  You are responsible for everything that is in the dumpster at time of pickup.  

Using heavy equipment (Loaders, Forklifts, Skid Steers, Backhoes) in and around the dumpster may bend, rip, tear or dent the dumpster.  Doors and hinges may be damaged by overloading or slamming the doors.  Dumpsters are not cheap to replace costing about $10,000.00 each.  Basic welding costs to repairing panels, doors or hinges can start around $1500.00 per repair.  Please treat our equipment will care and respect.   People have damaged our dumpsters by hitting them with vehicles or heavy equipment and throwing items at our dumpster or dropping them into the dumpster from heights greater than 10 feet such as second and third story balconies.

Please do not overtop the dumpster.  Everything must fit inside the dumpster and be 2 inches below the top rail of the dumpster.  This is to allow proper load securement per DOT rules.  If we have to enter the dumpster to move things around or take items out you will be charged a repositioning/removal fee of $200

Please do not try to ”HIDE” forbidden items or items that incur additional charges (like computer monitors, concrete, etc) in the bottom of the dumpster.  You will be charged for each hidden item (cost varies) and be charged a non disclosure fee of $100.  Make sure everyone who is loading the dumpster knows what can and cannot be loaded.  

Remember that you are responsible for paying any and all additional fees associated with the dumpster even if it was “accidentally loaded” by a co-worker, neighbor, family member or friend.
